Psilocybin mushrooms are a controlled substance under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act in Canada. By purchasing from ShroomTown, you acknowledge that you understand the legal status of these products in your jurisdiction and accept full responsibility for your purchase, possession, and use. ShroomTown assumes no legal liability for how products are used after they leave our hands.

Cultivation supplies are sold for the purpose of growing legal mushroom varieties. What you choose to cultivate is entirely your responsibility.

Orders & Payment

All orders are paid via Interac e-Transfer. Your order is confirmed and processed once payment is received. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion and will issue a full refund if we do.

Shipping

We ship discreetly across Canada in plain, unmarked packaging. Shipping times are estimated at 3 to 7 business days but are not guaranteed. Once an order has been handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays caused by Canada Post or other shipping partners.

If a package is lost in transit, contact us and we will work with you to find a resolution. We do not replace orders that are successfully delivered to the address provided at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will make it right.

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, dosing information, and strain details are accurate. That said, individual experiences vary. Nothing on this site constitutes medical advice. Do not use our products if you are pregnant, nursing, on medication, or have a history of psychosis or schizophrenia. If you are unsure, speak with a healthcare professional before using.

ShroomTown is not liable for any damages, losses, or harm resulting from the purchase, possession, or use of our products. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.
