Shipping & Packaging

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents or our company name. Your privacy during delivery is taken seriously.

We do not send marketing emails unless you have explicitly opted in. If you have opted in and want to stop receiving emails, reply to any email and ask to be removed.

Data Retention

We keep order records for accounting and fulfillment purposes. If you would like your information removed from our records, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate the request.

Our website is hosted on WordPress. Like most websites, it may collect basic analytics data such as page views and general location (country/province level). We do not use this data to identify individual visitors.
